Coc: That Stubborn Last Millimeter.

I tried it. I couldn't do it.

Two or three times a week is enough for me.

I guess you can push yourself to accept the load, but if you encounter negative progress in your grip training - it's time to change your routine and try something else. :blush

How long did you try it?

Was your mind into it? Or, was it closed off thinking it would never work from the start and hence making sure it was a failure?

That's what makes it "not work" after supposedly "trying it".

Just my 2 cents.

Wanna,

I tried it for two months. EVERYDAY. I did light/heavy/light/heavy, etc. My hands just couldn't take it. I asked myself why should I torture myself, and I'm not making any gains?? :blink

My ultimate formula was heavy negatives and a rest day after that. It seemed to work because my gains took off! :yikes

No wonder it failed. :D

I don't follow you. What was it that I did wrong? :blink

Since I really don't know squat about the KTA program, I wish you'd explain why you said what you said. Did I train long enough? Or not enough? Or was my training totally off? Once I started the negatives, I was making progress and didn't want to try anything else.
