maestco
Has anybody tried training with two grippers at the same time? (equal weight in each hand)Do you reccommend this training every once in a while? After all, when you grab a barbell, you must squeeze with both hands, so it would seem logical to train this way. Martin Gaisser
You might have to buy alot of grippers to find two that are the same.
Malice
If you do that I'd do an even number of sets and switch the grippers to opposite hands each set since they will probably not actually be the same strength.

But one in each hand I would skip personally. Impossible to put the max effort focus into both at the same time. - Aaron
