hugh..mongus
so i trained squats yesterday in the gym. that session lasted about 3 hours, then went to my training partners house for some superyoke and farmer walk training. i wasnt looking forward to events, i didnt really eat enough yesterday, but i knew it needed to be done. did 5 working sets of yoke, then decided to see if i could beat my previous best farmers walk of 410 lbs per hand. i started at 300 then 340,370,410 was going to to 430, and said hell with it and went right to 450, managed a 24 foot walk. here's the vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=md752jch8GA&playnext_from=TL&videos=zux2T9iGfk4 <param'>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=md752jch8GA&hl=en_US&fs=1&">

hugh..mongus
thanks guys. my pick is always what holds me back most in farmers, never my hands. my legs will buckle long before my hands open. these farmers obviously have a high pick, but weight is weight. i honestly think i would be good for 500 lbs, IF i could pick it, how far i'd walk is a totally differat story, the 450 walk was ugly enough. another fear is ive seperated both coller bones in seperate bench injurys. after heavy hold, farmers and deads they usually ache a few days.
