Getting Mm0 Status

This is gonna be my gripper workout journal tracking my progress to mm0 status.

The grippers I have are IM T, 1, 1.5 (filed), 2, 2.5, and 3. My best ever close was an mms 2.5.

left 2 x attempt x 3

right 2 x 1 x 2, last rep a miss

strapholds 3mm 5 lbs. 1 x max time x 3

strapholds 14mm 5 lbs. 2 x max time x 2

right 2.5 attempt x 1, close x 1, attempt x 1

strapholds 1 x 3mm strap 5 lbs. x 1 x 3

straphold 2 x 14mm strap 5 lbs. x 1 x 1

Three days if rest paid off. Closed the 2.5 for only the second time.
