Gripper # 1- 2 SETS TO FAILURE EACH HAND

R. Curls- 2x8

Power hods- 1 hold till failure (heavy)

pinch plates- 2 sets 30 second holds

hub life- 2 sets 30 second holds

Rolling thunder- 3x1

wrist curls- 3x5

re. wrist curls- 3x5

(every 2 weeks i do 3x1 finger lifts)

good, no good?

only once a weeek.
