Current Stats

Hi guys! i just want to know out of couriosity what you guys stats are in bench, squat and deadlift?

mine are bench: 120kg squat 130kg and deadlift 150kg. I need to work on my squat strenth for sure!

forgot to mention that my bodyweight is around 73kg

Bodyweight: 91kg

Bench: 5x105kg (so around 122.5kg? I'll try sometime)

Squat: 145kg about 5 weeks ago, seems low for me too

Deadlift: 202.5kg

Nothing impressive from me, but there are plenty of beasts around here... :P

Huge jump on the DL Rex, awesome acceleration of the floor as usual. I know I'm nowhere near the weight you use, and it must be a difference in body mechanics, but I have the complete opposite strength/weakness. If I fail, it is about 10 inches off the floor. If I get a weight anywhere near my knees, I can lock it out every time. Gotta work on the driving out of the hole.

Bench: 385

Squat: 525

Deadlift: 550
