BigJan85 Posted February 4, 2010 Share Posted February 4, 2010 About a month ago I went to the gym with my 53 pound Bulgarian bag and just made a little workout that I thought would bust my ass. It definitely did. It goes like this: medium rack pull (2 inch below knees) with 95% 1RM (for full deadlift) which was 500 for me, then straight to 10 burpees then to 10 around the head swings each side with the Bulgarian bag. Repeat for 10 rounds. I tried to rest as little as possible between rounds but by the 7th set I was needing quite a bit of rest.
