I went 80' with 300 a hand in the farmers. I was working out with the Team Boss guys today. This is my best with 300 a hand and I did it in my KOS 5 finger shoes on.

Thanks Guys! I thought You might like this one Rex. Brad and the boys at Team Boss put me to work. If any of you guys are going to be at the Arnold this year you should cheer on Brad. He is in the big World Ameture Strongamn comp they are having this year.

I Think I could of gone a little more Eric, but my grip was starting to slip some there at the end. Thanks everyone. Might go for 320 next time.
