AdamTGlass
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEhzw1j7zwg Part V, exercises which induce pain A special note. The pain i am referring to here is pain from things such as bending, V bar, finger lifting. This pain is predictable, and ceases when you stop the activity. Not the pain of a twisted ankle which hurts when you walk. This pain is often disproportional. This requires a different strategy. New video from New Years. This expands on the first 5 videos in broader spectrum
