Here is the first 6 videos in the series. Additionally I have several more addressing specific questions people have sent me from the blog addressed on video.

Now, before you comment and question. I would like you to do the following.

#1 Watch the videos. In total that will take less than 30 minutes

#2 Make a decision- Act, or do not act.

#3 When you finally decide to act, please FILM your testing of YOUR drills, and post that video as a video response to any of these videos.

#4 Report back to this post with your results.

Part V, exercises which induce pain

A special note. The pain i am referring to here is pain from things such as bending, V bar, finger lifting. This pain is predictable, and ceases when you stop the activity.

Not the pain of a twisted ankle which hurts when you walk. This pain is often disproportional. This requires a different strategy.
