Although he did provide photographic proof for his certification. The bottom line as I see it is that JK met the requirements of, the as yet unwritten, Rule #5. Nonetheless- good point about the situation we have wherein an eyewitness is overridden by a photo or video. And another good point about how being a non-board member, Joe would not have posted, though I have a hunch the news would circulate here, flowing in from other sources.
