Recently I was loking Grimek pictures and find out about weaver stick lift,and yesterday I bought shaft to try,it should be 42inches long.

At that time 6-8 pounds was world class ,Grimek lifted 11,

IMO hammer beasts should have no problems with exceeding it in first attempt.

John Grimek was a beast at that lift.Hope one day,I be able to do 10 pounds.

How long are you training this exercise?

It been about a month.But I been training in general for about 21 years.

Never try.I do alot of torch pressing.That train levering strenght.

Sorry I have mixed kilograms for pounds.

In this case 11pounds of Grimek looks brutally.

11 pound is alot.Not careful you can strain your wrist.
