bertu20 Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 Hi, just want to know if this is a good grip training programm from some experienced grip trainers: I do this 2 times(maybe 3) a week after weight training; 8 reps no set Hg 150, 2 sin ccs hg 200(1.5), 2 overcrushes hg 200(1.5), 4 heavy sin. CoC #2(goal gripper 4mm to touch with MMS), negative hg 250(maybe a 2.2) 10 reps inverted hg 150 4 reps inv. hg 200(1.5) 2 heavy sin inv CoC #2 Ironmind® bands Contrast Baths. Thanks, Albert. Hey Albert, I found this beginners workout to be very helpful. I'm not sure how far along you are in grip training, but after reading through the thread it looks like even some of the more experienced guys do it from time to time too.
