Lol999 Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 Okay, as I mentioned in an earlier thread I'm training each arm seperately because of a shoulder injury to my right arm. So, wrt my left arm this is what I'm doing: Monday - 2.5" crusher/RT, sledge side levers, wrist curls Thursday - 1HP, sledge front and rear levers, wrist curls Now my hand, in particular my thumb, is happy with this frequency of workout. Anymore and it starts getting tired and my grip suffers. However, I'm feeling I could be hitting the forearms in between workouts as I understand they can take some working. So, any suggestions for a mainly one armed exercise that isn't going to tire the fingers/thumb too much but hit my forearm (keep it clean ) Cheers, Lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
