Monkey Posted October 28, 2009 Share Posted October 28, 2009 I had one delivered and tried it for the first time today and i'm so psyched to train with it. I've done a search and read all I can about it here. I'm thinking I'll just do heavy singles, and max out every week till i stop improving. I did 140 pounds with my right and 125 left but I know I'm good for much more. I didn't expect it to be delivered so fast and had trained grip hard the day before (grippers, hangboard, and plate wrist curls). I ordered it over the weekend and it got here Tuesday. Any advice for a grip trainer new to the rolling thunder? I want to pull at least 250 and be doing one arms off this thing!!! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
