Nikko
I want to strengthen my wrists for powerlifting and especially the pressing excersices. I powerlift raw so I need to train those weak links. Edited September 30, 2009 by Nikko
Florian Kellersmann
I want to strengthen my wrists for powerlifting and especially the pressing excersices. I powerlift raw so I need to train those weak links. I'm no powerlifting expert, but I would give barbell wristcurls behind the back a try. You are using a barbell like you are benching. Also behind the back wrist curls are not so uncomfortable as barbell wristcurls on the legs/knees.
