Roark
Proper diet for grip training? Finger foods, of course!
Guest Jeff0
I eat like Beldar Conehead - "Consume Mass Quantities!" ....I have to because my metabolism is ridiculously high. If I dipped under 3500Kcal/day I'd swiftly shrink to the size of a Somali. I do eat clean though, with one exception/obsession: Snyder's of Hanover Jalapeno Pretzel Pieces! MmmMMmMMMmmm.... Sybersnott
For 2003, I'm going to supplement at least ONCE per day on a protein shake or something similar (twice a day if I can afford it). I'm working on my lifts (BP, DL & SQ), so I need the fuel to give me the strength I need to do this. After all, how can I profess my greatness without showing what I'm really made of?.... time to quit resting on my laurels, and show the world the meaning of "SYBERSNOTT POWER"!! I'm gonna be a big, strong mo-fo for 2003!!
gollan
For 2003, I'm going to supplement at least ONCE per day on a protein shake or something similarI got a huge boost in my training program when I added a daily protein shake. I know it is expensive, especially the good tasting stuff, but I found it to be worthwhile. Mostly I mix it with water and drink it before bed. I just hope it is actually doing something for me metabolically. It would be disappointing if it turned out to be all placebo effect.
