8 Lb. Sledge!

Yesterday during my wrist workout I leverd up my 8 lb. hammer in the front for the first time by the end of the handle.I wish I would have done it first,I started off with plate curls & wrist plate curls with my 25lb.& 33lb. plate. Sorry I dont have a picture,its yer choice to believe it!

Nice job Tommy...I also tried that for the first time the other day and was able to do it. I've been doing some suitcase lifts w/Oly bars and its really strengthened my wrists.

I've yet to work down to the bottom of the handle in any of my past sledge attempts, one of these days I'll add them to my routine again, nice work on the sledge especially after all that other wrist work!!
