Gripper42004 Posted December 25, 2002 Share Posted December 25, 2002 Yesterday during my wrist workout I leverd up my 8 lb. hammer in the front for the first time by the end of the handle.I wish I would have done it first,I started off with plate curls & wrist plate curls with my 25lb.& 33lb. plate.
