twig
Oh that's just not fair! How much Ice Cream do you have to eat to get that strong???

rico300zx
Does the thick handle make the press part tougher? Or only when picking it up from the ground? I can bench with my thick bar for about the same weight as an oly bar, that's y I'm asking? Rico

rico300zx
I'm going to make a inch trainer soon . I really want to try this press. Rico
underdawg
haha ... tons of ice cream .... and you have to eat the ice cream truck too At that weight I actually think it's a little easier, or at least it feels better. Not as much pressure on your palm and wrist. I guess I shouldn't say "that weight" since I've never fully pressed the Inch, but have done plenty of heavy db pressing. AP
The thick handle makes it much harder to stabilize, it will try to tear out of your hand. I could do pretty solid singles overhead with 182.5 with my regular thickness dumbell handle when I first (jerked) the inch. The inch was harder. And yes, it does take a lot of ice cream. That's one of my favorite lifts beside squats. I just really enjoy all this stuff. That's y its so much fun for me to work outside my comfort zone.
