mightyjoe
Hey I am planning on doing these exerices, just wondering anyone know any economical (wallet friendly) ways for me to get 25-35-45 lb olympic weights. Also is there an alternative way to do these without shelling out cash? Thanks guys! 2" x 6" piece of wood about 6" long with an eye bolt screwed in the middle. Get a caribiner and attach it to your loading pin and lift away. If you have no plates, try and find something that you know the approximate weight of so you can gauge where you're at. Then the next time you are somewhere that has 25's, 35, & 45 plates, test yourself. With a little imagination you can up with all kind of ways to train your pinch. Hope this helps.
