JAU1985
Is this book worth the buy? Came across it on ebay for about $29 Canadian. I know I've messed around with deadlifting and can pull 250 for singles but I'm not too sure about my form or anything, I just know to keep the back straight to avoid injury. I'd like to master the form and see where I could go with the exercise. This book apparently covers technique and form along with some added routines and whatnot. The ebay link for the thing is here to take a peek at. If there is a better book or even a video out there that I could buy, please direct me towards it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

acorn
i'd vote for starting strength by Mark Rippetoe Me too, excellent book for beginner to advanced trainees. I've been training on and off for about 20 years and I still learned stuff from it. - Aaron

The only one I can find right now is from the UK for about $75 Canadian... bit too much for my blood as far as books go.

ealonzo
You should check out crossfit to see if they still have their videos on form. They also publish a very fine journal that everyone should subscribe to.

JAU1985
I pulled 300lbs for three singles today with good form, it's nothing I know in terms of the numbers some people put up but I'm really happy with it. I may start deadlifting on a weekly basis and do assistance exercises a few days after my Deadlift days.
