2x45's x 1 Next week I'm going to try adding a couple pounds.

2HP (my setup weighs 80lb's and is 2.5" (63mm) thick. I think around 54-57mm would be optimum)

180x1 for a 10 second hold. Too easy, but my thumbs were bleeding so I had to stop.

Crusher work felt really weak, and I think it's because of that Blob50 hold...

Wrist Curls - Straight Bar

175x2 - Wow, some really weak wrists!

Wrist Roller (2" PVC on the safety bar of my squat rack and shoulder height)

25lb's x 3 x 2

30lb's x 3 x 1

35lb's x 3 x 1

45lb's x 3 x 1

55lb's x 3 x 1

First time using the wrist roller, so next time I won't have as many sets since I know how much weight to use.

Finished up with some sledge work in all directions.

Cardio? Boo this man ^ :D

I hate cardio. I have to because I play LF on our softball team, and we have two games in a row every Tuesday.

That and I'm trying to maintain 205lb's. During the winter I'll bulk up into the 220's or more again.

That and I'm trying to maintain 205lb's. During the winter I'll bulk up into the 220's or more again.

Yeah, I was doing heavy cardio for a while. I would do 45min @ 3.6mph, and part of the time I would turn it off so I was turning the motor myself.

A few sessions of that cured me from ever wanting to do cardio again.

8 workouts logged and no squats or deads or...

What gives? Nice pinching.

My knees don't seem to agree with squats. I should post a vid to get some input on my form.

Before injuring my right knee, I think a piece of my pattelar tendon snapped off my tibea, I was doing 335x8 and ending with 245x20. There isn't pain anymore, but my knee makes some nasty grinding sounds...

Felt very weak today. The past week I've had really bad sleep...stinking work keeps calling me in the middle of the night.

Yeah, my dad gets that all the time. Although, for the past month, I've been getting to bed at about 2:00am or later.

Do you think it's our weather? I felt like I was showering it was so humid last night.

Do you have a thickbar?

Your workout doesn't seem that bad overall. Those are all good numbers.

Your workout doesn't seem that bad overall. Those are all good numbers.

I tend to think of the revolving handles as thick bar, even though technically they're not.

I had the A/C blasting, so I think think humidity played a role.
