haha, it wasn't that bad at all. More boring than anything really. But man my traps were pumped at the end from supporting the weight. I think I'll try it again some time. Maybe with like 95lbs. I have a feeling that's going to feel a whole lot different.

the difficulty of this exercise depends on 2 things imho. what your body weight is, and how strong your legs already are. at a body weight of 330lbs 100 reps with body weight kills me lol

For me it's always 100# for 100 reps - bodyweight is 200#. Fun times.

I'm 6-2 255lbs and the reps were beyond top of thighs parallel to the ground but not a2g.
