He said he learned to do it off youtube. http://www.flowrestling.org/videos/coverag...d-in-the-nation In this video he rolls a frying pan, tears 2 deck of cards in a row, climbs 2 ropes at one time, and does the human flag. In the video he mention that "The strongest redneck ever" as his inspiration for these feats. http://www.flowrestling.org/videos/coverag...school-wrestler He writes in the comment section and claims to power clean around 315, squat 395, bench 305, and do 36 pullups in a row.
