An Oddball Forearm Day

Brought a few things to the gym to play while training my wife, so did alternating sets of wrist roller (2 up & down each way) with 100lbs, twist yo wrist with 25, and plate hula with 2-25's for 40 passes. Forearms were so blown I couldn't do anything fine motor wise, had to have Julie write down her last few sets as my fingers didn't work right. Did 3 go rounds, so 3 sets each. Need to do stuff like this more often.

Ouch! I might need to try that! hahah If you get that one-handed ratchet wrist roller going. :P
