You mention that a dutch coach told you a few effective hip and groin stretches, would it be too difficult to try and explain these? It would be very appreciated. kinselbj Posted April 18, 2009 Author Share Posted April 18, 2009 They were partner stretches and they were forced, as in, keep going through the pain style. Regular stretches for the hamstrings and groin and hips, but you have a partner basically forcing you to go beyond what you can do yourself.
