Grippster
I am aware that you cannot do the same exercises every day because your body needs time to recovery. So, I've figured out this routine that I could do that would allow me to work out every day. I'm working different sets of muscles on each day, and on tuesdays and thursdays I would be doing cardio for long, intense periods with no weights that day. Could this work, or will it screw my joints up? Before I would work out about 3 times a week but I was working all of the muscles all in the same day. Benedikt Farsmann
I train my whole body on mondays and thursdays, grip on tuesdays and fridays and my bending on wednesdays and sundays. I just basically add 2 offf days after each workout for a specific area of my body.

I used to do only 4 days a week, but I personally found I make better gains doing arms twice a week, and it's worked out awesome (both size and strength). Here's what I'm currently doing: Monday - Biceps, chest Tuesday - Triceps, upper back Wednesday - Deadlifts, legs Thursday - Biceps, shoulders Friday - Triceps, and misc. stuff. Of coarse, I eat a ton on top of that.

Triceps get worked hard with chest, and I'm assuming Biceps are being used with your upper back. Shoulders on Friday, assuming you are doing presses, are also getting triceps - so they are getting hit 4 times a week. I guess as long as you are recovering and making gains, it doesn't matter much...
