deadgame1 Posted March 24, 2009 Share Posted March 24, 2009 so i just started tonight with v bar liftsi pulled 95 lbs. both hands right was weaker than left?i'm right handed?just curious if thats an ok pull for first time.I'm not sure what other grip feats would would correspond or carry over to the vbar.just curious any ideas?? mightyjoe Posted March 24, 2009 Share Posted March 24, 2009 Did you do the 2" V-Bar or 1" V-Bar? I got good results by doing V-Bar once a week. deadgame1 Posted March 24, 2009 Author Share Posted March 24, 2009 i made a 2 inch its an all purpose kinda deal! made out of steal started as a loading pin for some of my grip stuff. i would put up pics of some of the stuff i've thrown together but not sure how too!thanks joe !!!i think ill start using it for finger lifts also i dunno we'll see how that turns out!!
