I am loading a vid now, I snatched my 56kg bell for 4, than did snatches with the 48 for 7/7, 44 for 9/9 and 40 for 11/11. The all around strength and conditioning needed for that are nuts. I can't wait to see where your other stuff is going to be at now when you choose to show it. When was the last time you maxed on a barbell one hand snatch? Oh ya and big congrats on that 1/2" bar, 3' is HUUUGE with that stock.
