lifesnotfair
I sometimes get sad thinking of how strong I could be, had I started young and not in my 20's being all fat and out of shape. Maybe not this young though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBFZ-dx-EsE&NR=
Volko Krull
Just watch the vid where he's doing lateral raises oO Jesus, ever seen a 4 year old with bicep definition ? 3kg is enormous for that age !
BroodingMoon
Theres another one of him doing 15 pullups.. thats nuts! I guess doing all that gymnastic training is fine as long as he doesnt start lifting weights too young. Then again I think 4 is too young to be training, you can start children from 10 upwards and achieve the same results because they learn so fast and muscle growth doesn't kick in properly until adolescence anyway. Griparn
I think all stuff he does is very impressive. Though I think this is just another case where the parents try to live there own dreams from their kids. It just dont seems like sensible training IMO.
