this man is an animal, truly in great shape. To be able to deadlift and press (look at his links) those numbers and do 55 pullups at a body weight of 269lbs.

Impressive. :blink I dunno about that pullup form though. Seemed like he was using an awful lot of body english just to get reps. Nothing wrong with that of course, I do the same thing on heavy curls or rows sometimes. I might have to try that pullup form next time I train! :cool

i love this guy. defying the odds, he doesn't really have a build of a great deadlifter, yet he's one the best. awesome

Yeah it helps...figure even if it adds a few pounds-those are pounds that would go towards a competitive total. for training day to day not as useful
