BigJan85 Posted February 5, 2009 Share Posted February 5, 2009 Today I lifted a 55 lb DB by the hex head and it got me wondering how that would compare to a blob. I wont be able to try a blob for awhile yet because I dont have access but am hoping to try John Beatty's sometime in the future so I just wanted to know if my wide pinch was getting close to blob level.
