Nice results!

Big congrats, Gabriel :rock

What kind of gripper was the 3.75 gripper? Never heard of a gripper with a euro rating of that.

Congrats to Gabriel on the win and everyone else who participated! :rock That's a pretty good field on grippers - everyone got at least a 3 on one hand.

Thanks for uploading all the videos. Much appreciated! :D

Great results guys! First contest I've ever seen that everyone closed at least a #3 in one hand! Nice.

Hey Ben,

yes, the level at grip comps is improving. But check out the results from last year's europeans. Every of the 10 competitors closed a 3 in average with both hands (that means more that 6 points both hands).

96kg in the pinch seemed a bit low for Gabriel, but I found this one in his gallery:

Looks like fun :rock

Congrats Gabriel!

Very nice numbers over all.

@Flo: I was told that the 3.74 was my #3.5.

I think Martins Euro grippers didn't arrive in time.

It should be noted that the bending stock for the DU event was 6".

Martin brought a Huge Shiny DU to 38° (40° was required)!!!

Oh hell, I must've been asleep when I posted that! Thanks Florian. :D

Superb bending guys!

@Flo: I was told that the 3.74 was my #3.5.

Has that #3.5 been calibrated on an RGC-type calibrator by any chance? It must be a beast.

congrats to all. Gabriel is a real freak. Spectacular results at a contest where the focus is on strength, not the show. tells a lot about his strength.

Congrats Gabriel! Looks like a very good/strong field of competitors.

I also want to apoligize about the grippers. The last couple of weeks I haven't been home because of work, and Arne has been on vacation somewhere in Africa or something. I got all the grippers ready to ship on monday the same week as the contest, but the post office had closed, so I asked my girlfriend to send them because I had a plane to catch 06:20 in the morning on tuesday. And from tuesday and onwards I had alot of other stuff going on workwise, so I didn't give the grippers much thought until wednesday evening, so I asked my girlfriend if she had sent them... But she forgot to send them. So there was no way to get the grippers over to you guys in time for the contest. I hope it will go better next time with the grippers.

A question for the organiser of the competition. In the 2'' vbar did you use calibrated plates and did you use a FBBC bar? Did you weigh the vbar itself on a calibrated scale?
