Benedikt Farsmann
Looks like the best HGC ever! Would be great to see some international guys compete as well! I'm curious because it will be my first tournament ever (I've competed 3 times in Judo but that doesn't count ). I will videotape as much as I can If I'm allowed to. By the way, If you know www.wer-kennt-wen.de. I also created a group there called "Griffkraft". Feel free to join. I can also invite you to join wer kennt wen, if you like. -Ben

Thimo Heinz 'Napalm II'
Thank you very much! The problem is that i have had also problems with the left wirst two up to one week before the german grip championship and that the wrist has up to this date no chance to recover totally and so on one day it hurts....than a few days later it´s better......than i go through my training routine and it hurts again... But the good thing is that i have now the chance to work more on my website which i and "bodom" actually refresh. There you will find lots of informations about grip training and also powerlifting. I would be glad to set an advertising banner for the grip board on my website if the gripboard agree?! Br Thimo Heinz
