New Equipment

Just purchased the IMTUGS, and the Hub and Book attachments from Ironmind. I've been working with the Captains of Crush and Rolling thunder for some time and wanted to step it up a little, especially in the Pinch Grip. so my question is, what is a good routine for increasing my Pinch grip? I've used plates, Captains of Crush, and the Rolling thunder. But I thought the IMTUGs, and the hub and book attachment could help directly train this weakness. Has anyone used these tools or have a routine I could try to increase my pinch strength? I'm trying to eventually lift "the blob" which right now feels like it's nailed to the floor!
