I've been working with the Captains of Crush and Rolling thunder for some time and wanted to step it up a little, especially in the Pinch Grip. so my question is, what is a good routine for increasing my Pinch grip? I've used plates, Captains of Crush, and the Rolling thunder. But I thought the IMTUGs, and the hub and book attachment could help directly train this weakness. Has anyone used these tools or have a routine I could try to increase my pinch strength? I'm trying to eventually lift "the blob" which right now feels like it's nailed to the floor!
