timiacobucci Posted January 18, 2009 Share Posted January 18, 2009 Adam you are quickly becoming one of the strongest people that I know all around, and specifically I think you are becoming like Dennis in that you are perhaps the strongest in the world for the feats you perform with the bottoms up and plate curls. Regarding those 2 you are at a crazy level and still seeming to progress quickly, I am curious what sort of carry over you feel these have to everything else.
