Distractions and disease have kept me away from the gym since last Thursday: this morning's wrist curl workout:

warmup empty bar 13 reps

60 x 10

100 x 10

140 x 10

160 x 2

190 x 2

210 x 2

230 x 2

190 x 10

My forearm injury is almost gone- it is more faint than

my chances at Wimbledon, so next week, back in the saddle!
