Plate pinches Hardy Handshake Block weights Wed: Thickbar barbell work. wrist roller plate curl string lift block weights Friday: Regular barbell work. Thick bar reverse curls plate wrist curl plate pinches (negatives) Block weights. On non training and work days I will cut wire, do high volume training with the Coc trainer. I've also added potato crushing on Sunday. I'm at work so this is why the description is generalized. Don't have my log book handy.
