nockowt1
Pinch -5 10s x 10 -25lb blob passed from hand to hand 25 times -35lb blob x 5 Grippers -BBSA x 10 mms singles
nockowt1
1/19 Pinch -5 10s x 10 (both hands) -25lb blob x 50 Hub Lift -25 x 30 sec (both hands) Grippers -#2 x 5 mms singles -BBSA x 15 mms singles I did the 25lb blob lifts similar to how Wade did his blob x 103. Once I get to 100 reps I'm going to try the same with the 35lb blob. It's been a while since I've done any hub lifting so I decided to see where I'm at. Once I can do 25lbs for 1 minute I'll try 35lbs.
