Incindium
Do all Post Offices have calibrated scales that people can use? Do they charge to weigh stuff? Also would they have a scale that would handle my ~170lb dumbbell? If not the post office where else would I be able to determine an accurate weight? Grippster
Where on earth did you get a 170lb dumbbell from? lol
vikingsrule92
Post Office. They won't charge you, most POs will have a big scale out front that you can weigh packages and whatnot on, you can do it there and it should hold that big a DB, because I'm assuming it's made to withstand very big packages. Incindium
Grippster The dumbbell is my newly made Inch replica type dumbbell. See my Post on Equipment Forum. vikingsrule92 I'll have to check out the post offices around here and see if any have any large capacity scales available to use. Paul Knight
you may have a problem w/weighing your dumbell at the PO unless you ask someone there to weigh it for you. At the PO by my house, they have a scale in the lobby that anyone can use for free, but it wouldn't weigh the dumbell - I think it only goes up to 50-100lbs
