young'un Posted November 22, 2002 Share Posted November 22, 2002 k...so here was my grip workout from this morning it had some good improvement, so i was pretty proud of it Grippers R & L hands CoC T- 1 x 10 (my T is pretty soft, so these make for a great warm-up) CoC #1- 2 x 5 w/R BB M- 1 x 4 New PR! by 2 reps CoC #2- 2 x 1 (my #2 is a bit harder feeling than my M) w/L BB M- 1 X 2 New PR also, by 1 rep CoC #2- 1 x 1; 1 x failed R & L Overcrushes BB A- 10 x 3; 10 x 2; 10 x 1 Plate pinches R & L 6 x 5# plates- 2 x 10secs w/o chalk 1 x almost 15secs w/ chalk (i.e.- not 15secs, i ended up dropping the plates all over the floor, seriously pissing off the people living in the dorm below mine - it was fun :p ) anyways...just thought i'd share...not terribly impressive squeezes, but they were some of the best i've done -jeff Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
