Roark Posted November 21, 2002 Share Posted November 21, 2002 Feeling lazy this morning so wrist curls were few reps then dropped back to a lighter weight. bar x 13 reps 70 x 10 100 x 10 140 x 6 160 x 6 could have done more but this was my warmip and I would return to this weight in a few minutes 180 x 2 200 x 2 now back to 160 till failure, made 23 reps. Does this happen to you also- a weight that is part of your warmup, seems much lighter after going heavy in the wrist curl.
