Feel free to read and ask/comment. A little about myself and my goals. 6'3 , 84kg, my goals are to just generally improve my strength, with a focus on grip strength. Unfortunately I am the most injury prone guy there is. Awaiting results of a scan to see what kind of a state my left LCL knee ligament is in. So fingers crossed there.
