I have decided to start a training log here on the gripboard, so I can track my progress and get tips/encouragement when needed. Feel free to read and ask/comment.

A little about myself and my goals.

6'3 , 84kg, my goals are to just generally improve my strength, with a focus on grip strength. I can currently shut the 2 and am working toward the 3.

Monday 10th November - deadlift 5 x 70kg

4 x 80kg

3 x 90kg

2 x 100kg

dumbell military press (one hand) 5 x 20kg

4 x 22kg

3 x 24kg

2 x 28kg

Working on the deadlift at the moment - never been a good deadlifter

Wednesday 12th November COC#1.5 3 x 5 reps

Expand your hands bands yellow 3 x 8

Just working over, or rather around some injuries at the moment. Unfortunately I am the most injury prone guy there is. Awaiting results of a scan to see what kind of a state my left LCL knee ligament is in. So fingers crossed there. I would love to squat again someday.

Squats - 3x5 30kg

Leg Extension 2x10 20kg

Just a small test of how far my knee rehabilitation is coming along. All being well I can get back into some serious squatting soon!
