Hope this is in the right forum?

What's your best DL on a 1"/normal barbell using a DO grip? Mine is 405. Thanks in advance.

345 It's the same as my general deadlift max :DYes I am weak

Pffft, what the heck, it's still over 2x your BW...not what I'd call weak.

Double overhand for me falls apart past 385-395. Hook grip is strong enough for me that I could pull my max with it. Still hurts though :pinch

180kg with a hook grip , not a lot with one maybe 140kg ,will give one a go soon. haven't done in a while. You can better quite quickly at them with the hook I found.

I imagine he is real similar although he doesn't go to max effort with no hook. I try to incorporate it into my regular maximum effort deadlift training when possible.

DO max no hook 490 was 2yrs ago. This was also my max dedlift I had never trained them till then. Wonder what I could do if I learned to do something more than my plain ugly straightleg thing I call a deadlift.
