What I'm wondering is what are your guys suggestions for routines? I'm currently trying to add 30 lbs, which I don't see as unreasonable, but maybe a little hard to get. shizen Posted October 30, 2008 Share Posted October 30, 2008 I think a sheiko routine be good way to mix it up, its another very popular routine for powerlifters and has shown for most to be better for raw lifting then westside which is specialized for geared lifting.
