ox3782
Hello everyone I decided to start loging my training for my personal records and anyones critique and if anyone can benefit from it I am very happy to help. Today Josh Mccann and I had a workout today Primarly grip and bending. Grippers Parralel set unless otherwise noted T-10reps each hand warmup #1-5reps each hand warmup #2-5reps each hand warmup #2.5-1 rep each hand getting the hand ready for more strain without wasting strength #3 easier of the 2 that I currently own-1rep in the right hand very close miss in left BBE 165.5lbs-1rep in right hand smashed it, BBGM-very close miss in left hand BBE 165.5lbs-1rep in right hand smashed it, Joshes easy #3- smashed with lefthand #3.5 175.5lbs attempt 3/16 miss, Joshes RB260 worked for it but closed left handed BBE 165.5lbs-1rep in right hand smashed it,#2.5 5reps lefthand #3-5reps,attemtpt with left close miss Blobs 42lbyork blob 1full deadlift each hand and placed back on the gound unless otherwise noted Right-1left-1warmups Right-1left-1 left-1 left-1 left-1 50lb york blob 1full deadlift each hand and placed back on the gound unless otherwise noted right-1 Left complete miss right-1 Left complete miss right-1 Left complete miss right-1 Left complete miss right-1 Left complete miss right-1 Left complete miss Attempt on Malichi formerly the impossiblob Right Miss left Miss all attempts Hub lifts on 45lbs plate no doubles today left wrist bothering me the double hold it at a bad angle for my injury. right-1 left-1 right-1 left-1 right-1 left-1 Bending all DO today 1/4 square at 7" warmup Fastenal Bastard 5/16x7"CRS 460lbs Warmup Attempt at 5/16 SS303 hex at7" got to 95 degrees and it stoped dead very very hard bar old injury in left forearm started to bother me again so I stoped to much bending to soon I have to slow down and let my injury stand a chance.this is an injury from last year and was not bothering me until I dove back into DO bending to fast like a dummy.Best plan of action at this point is to take some rest and bend bars next workout that are 75% of max for me and see how it feels. That was pretty much it for today I did not keep a log for a long time on here for a few reasons and I mostly stayed out of the log forum.I have made a lot of friends on here and I did not want to offend anyone for not posting in their log.It was nothing personal their is only so much time to read for me and I read sort of slow. barbe705
I'm always interested to see how other people are training. Don't worry about responding to comments or stuff like that if you don't have the time. I think most of us understand not having time for everything. Thank you Hugo The 3.5 is 175lbs not easy by any means but it is getting closer!!!Yes for now it is my goal gripper!!! Brendan, nice job! I actually envy where you are on the pullups. That is a ways away for me. My work schedule is set til the end of the year without a break in sight. See you and Josh in '09!Alan Thank you Alan I used to be much stronger on Chins but I have not done them in some time.I was at 50 reps in 6 sets and the6th set was 1 rep.I am heavier now and will keep working on it.All you have to do is get them done it seems like one of thoses exercises that no one wants to do like squats and they are the ones that build serious muscle. I look forward to seeing you next year keep going strong with your training!!!
