foxyj75
Bill deserves a big mention. Thanks for keeping the 'board up! After discovering it, in just a short time, I have fallen in love with the sport of grip, and met some of the most talented and genuine guys I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and competing against. mobsterone
Thanks. I'm not so sure that my heavy lifting makes me valuable per se, although maybe it inspires the odd bod. Perhaps my log, pushing for standards, my involvement with Sir Horne of Stafford (David ha ha) in the BHSA might be more worthy. Strangely enough it's been said (and it's true) that I can blow hot and cold when it comes to on-line help. Some days I'm 'use the damn search button' and on others I'll write, write, write. Yet meet me in person at an event and providing I can I will give tips, gee you up and basically get things moving. All this from Sam Solomi and Paul Savage on Thursday. So, if I am in the mood, I might merit a MVP, but if I am not...
lifesnotfair
A few people kinda answered saying who has helped them, etc... I've received tips from many members of the board. When I first came here I had the nerve to ask about a lifting routine, and posted what I did... I remember John Beatty saying "too much crap, my son, too much crap", or something to that effect. Heh, it was a BB style routine obviously. I've received tips from so many people, it wouldn't be fair to name a few and leave some out. But some people on this board are REALLY willing to help if you shoot them a PM or something. Anyone who is willing to help like that deserves props!! I hope one day I'm strong so others can listen to me

Guest Odhibjorn
Everyone here who posts on the regular, serious. Seeing the videos on youtube, reading threads and being able to throw my own two cents into things has really helped motivate me into doing grip training. It is pretty addicting I gotta admit, there are a few guys who stand out to me right now but I don't want to mention names because there are a lot of others I might forget. Everyone on this board has my respect because they're the folks who keep it going and help idiot newbs like me learn. Thanks guys.
