Some Before-and-after Pics

One of my favorite ways to gauge my progress is by comparing the way shirts used to fit me to the way they fit now. These are some progress pics taken about a year apart, in the exact same shirts, not shrunken or anything (of coarse :D )

  • 1 month later...

From 16 to 17, I gained 45lbs and grew 2" in height and it was a massive change for me. Tossing on 70lbs of quality BW in one year is UBBER IMPRESSIVE. I love hard work and dedication.

You've got a long road of training and growing ahead of you. Stay healthy and stay strong, bro!

Whoa!!! 70lbs??? That's like having a midget hanging off you all day!! :D:blink :blink Nice work!

I had a similar experience in that I went from 180 to 245 in about a year and a half. Since I got married, my wife and in-laws just love to shove food down my throat! And to think, I have been lifting for around 8 years, and all I had to do to put on 65lbs of muscle was eat massive amounts of food. DOH! :D :D

What is your goal weight? I wanna get around 280, and be somewhat lean.
