Teemu I Posted September 7, 2008 Share Posted September 7, 2008 It might be a big jump or not..depends where your strengths and weaknesses are. If your sweep is already strong, it will not take long. If you have weakness reagrding the last little bit, the different palm handle position might stop you from fully closing it and you would have to train the last little bit more.
