3 Inch Bar Training

I just started deadlifting with a 3 inch bar and the first day of training I got 340 pretty easy. I am aiming at hitting 500 in the next month or so.

Are you lifting with a double-overhand or a mixed grip? How big are your hands? What's your regular deadlift?

Those are impressive numbers...do you have a video? I don't know if there's an official record for a 3" bar, but 340 has to be up there. I got to try one hand DL (straddle style) on a 3" bar at TPS and only lifted 95 lbs (compared to 245 on an olympic bar). Then again, my hands are pretty small.
