Thumb Workouts

Hi Everyone,

So what would you guys say is the best thumb workouts? Plate curling, pinching, titans? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

I like plate pinchingI feel it's helped me the most carries over more

to other lifts. At least for me

plate pinching with one or 2 hands (like Euro pinch)

but TTK could be a good exercise. I think i'll make soon a sort of Titan telegraph key to workout pinch. In a first time, i think i'll workout with a pony clamp with elastics (less expensive)

You say two hand pinch. This is better than one hand pinch? I am kind of new to the game and wanted to see if you have some info. behind your vote of two hand pinch compared to one hand. I do enjoy pinching. I recently cut a little bar to connect some plate for this reason.

So I just started doing the two hand pinch, with bar through middle. Very satisfying movement. I could feel it my thumbs definetly. Thanks for the tip. I have been doing around the worlds one hand stuff, but didn't do the two hand. This will be part of my routine.

blackdog: i am sorry for the long delay...

i am not a specialist but this is from what i read (i love gripper ... but lack experience with other grip movements).

i tried 2 hp with (2 20 kg distance) it fells good:-) i am sure u will get a very decent training by doing 1 hp sometimes(for variety):-)
